Terms and Conditions
Thank you for considering our moving company. Below are our terms and conditions:
1. Service: We will provide moving services as per the agreed terms and conditions.
2. Quotation: We will provide a written quotation for all our moving services.
3. Payment: Payment is required in full prior to the move. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and checks.
4. Cancellation: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation. If a cancellation is made after this period, a cancellation fee may be applied.
5. Liability: We will take all necessary precautions to ensure that your belongings are protected during the move. However, we are not liable for any damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or mishandling of items by the customer.
6. Packing: We offer packing services, but the customer can choose to pack their items themselves. In such cases, we are not responsible for any damage caused due to inadequate packing.
7. Inventory: We will prepare an inventory of all items to be moved. The customer should review and sign the inventory before the move commences.
8. Delay: We will make every effort to complete the move within the agreed timeframe. However, we are not liable for any delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or weather conditions.
9. Access: The customer should ensure that there is adequate access to the premises for loading and unloading. If there are any restrictions, such as narrow entrances or staircases, the customer should inform us in advance.
10. Insurance: We offer basic liability coverage for all our moves. However, the customer can purchase additional insurance coverage for high-value items.
